In the recent kidnapping, Locke, Orca, the shapeshifter known as Nothing and Fugue have all died. It has been revealed that Orca was the one behind the kidnappings, but the Watch had no hand in his death as both Orca and Locke were killed through tree branch. Nothing was working with Orca, and died in conflict. Fugue was shot during the struggle

I think you'll have some trouble suing 'em when we don't have any laws for that, Genius. If they're reborn, we'll be taking them into Watch custody and they'll have a trial.
