So. Pretty.

I can't wait to watch GoT tonight, hopefully I'll manage to stay awake unlike last night.

STAY AWAKE. It's a lot of establishing what's going on, but even that is entertaining as hell. <3

I didn't intend to crash, but I was apparently way more tired than I thought. On the plus side, I've already read book two -- I swear I won't spoil you -- so I did manage to hold onto whatever little I saw and make perfect sense out of it.

Yay flowers!!

What do you mean I have a life of my own? That's not what you said when you chained me to my desk!

The yellow roses are UNBELIEVABLE.

And would you believe I've not run the sprinklers once? Not since last October. YAY DRY FARMING.

So gorgeous! All of them!

We travelled to San Antonio/Austin for spring break and the insane amount of bluebonnets along the roads and highways were just stunning. And all the other wildflowers happened to be there en masse. Everything is still very dry and dead around here, but some wildflowers are struggling through anyway, and it's making me SO HAPPY!

I need to prune my rosebushes BADLY, but it's probably unwise to do so this late, right?

Oh my gosh, the blue bonnets are STUNNING right now!! They make me so happy, too.

I would recommend NOT pruning them. That's something you do before they're actively growing. Once they've stopped blooming, then you can prune them. [/Master Gardener]

Roses are pretty damn tough, though. They'll look wonderful!

And congratulations on getting the story to beta -- that's a huge deal.
