[The ink is smeared around and there are slashes through it that look suspiciously like someone might have been gnawing or scratching at the paper beneath it. Between the watery blots and smears, one clear mark can be made out.]
I'm pretty sure someone picked it up in the Wilderness... was it the Mall or before that... man I don't know right now, but yeah it's a video game. Comes with fake instruments and stuff.
[More ink smears, some still marred by faint claw marks. A bit of squinting and head tilting, however, and it deciphers into a rough letter that takes up almost a third of the page.]
[Peachblossom didn't actually see this entry until she'd opened her journal to note this - but, no sense in wasting paper.]
I found the dog, but there's no sign of its owner. Wait-
[Longish pause. Peach can't actually, literally talk to animals, but she's significantly better-than-average at communicating with them. Maybe more importantly, she saw Bell's entry and a couple of wet stragglers heading to the elevator.]
It's not a normal dog. Someone fell into a spring.
[She's not familiar but she sounds like she knows what's going on. Aniki grins in a doggish sort of fashion and noses the journal again. Guess those things were useful for something after all.]
[It's a short nod that ends up with him covering his eyes with his paw. He'll save the panic and "What the hell?" for later when he can actually speak.]
[She keeps a blank nonexpression on, hiding her amusement. How does she get his name... There's always the idea of writing the alphabet out and having him go to the right letters in the right order - but, this might be faster.]
"Let me see your journal. Did you put your name anywhere in it? Inside cover, maybe?"
[He spins around in place for a moment before he spots it and then he'd pawing and digging frantically at it until he can nose open the cover and drag back a few pages to show the first entry that shows his name.]

"My name is Peachblossom. Nod if you understand me."
[She has vestigial Wild Magic; an animal she was speaking to like this might pick up "I - Horse"]
