The obvious - and smart - solution to defeating such predators is by teaching your kids that you will never ask someone they don't already know to take them home.

That said, the vast majority of child sexual abusers are not only known to the children in question, but to their parents too. Hell, half the time they *are* the parents. There are some things in the world that just can't be helped I'm afraid.
