"southern easter dinner"

so that means it consisted of at least 3 of the following:

ham
lamb
fried chicken
collards
string beans
potato salad
corn bread
biscuits
macaroni & cheese
coconut cake
pound cake
seet tea
cola

if you're really really southern, the meal had all of the above.
boiled and decorated eggs

It was ham, collards, cornbread, butterbeans, mac and cheese, deviled eggs, and (two important ones you left out:) squash and sweet potatoes. Pound cake for dessert and, of course, sweet tea- but we always have sweet tea :)

Thats a whole lotta food for two- now when we had family functions for Easter there was yr whole list and then some (except lamb- nobody ever did lamb in our fams).
