It's a long explanation, but my world has two dimensions. Youkai come from the Otherworld, and humans from my dimension. Tuning is the ability to send the youkai back to their original dimension, or if they accidentally possess a human, send it back.
There's different wavelengths to each dimension, and tuning is kind of the ability to 'tune' into them. I'm thinking if I can try it here, I might be able to send people home.

I think it'll be fine, Touka. Vatheon's different, right? I've been talking to some of the other foreigners here, and there might be a way to aim where they go.
