I have an awful time writing Destiel fic that aren't established relationship in some form... I want to write a get-together fic but I never get any ideas for that.

I also have so, so many fic sitting on my hard-drive right now, most of which are over 5000 words (one is over 10000) and I cannot finish a single one of them. I really, really want to ( Read more... )

Oh, how I feel your pain! I once had writers block... For two three years. I could barely write a term paper. That's when I quit writing fanfic. Nowadays, the muse hits and I'll pen (pen and paper full on) 10-30k and then just stop. Couldn't finish them if my life depended on it. Ay, the muse, she is a fickle beast! I love established relationship, and you know what? All of your work that I've read so far is positively fantastic, I think anything you put out is worth reading, so no stressing, okay? And heck, do the DCBB! You never know, you could come up with something really awesome!

Oh wow, two to three years? That is so, so long. I'm going on a few months but this has been the longest I've had it for.

Thanks so much for your very kind words about my stories! That's so sweet, and positive comments like those really help actually. I'm combing through some old stories now, see if there's one that I'll be able to continue.

I'll probably sign up for the DCBB, perhaps I just need a deadline.

Thank you!

Go ahead and give us your ideas for stories and we will help as much as we can. I have NEVER read anything of yours I didn't love. <3

I may take you up on that, but I'll have to do it in a message in case I decide to use one for a DCBB. Definitely keep your assistance in mind!

You as well with such amazingly kind words. Thank you!

I'm participating in a challenge now and I have already written three stories for it, none of them finished, none of them usable. And the deadline is approaching! I wanna sob. :'(

It would be nice if I can get to know what kind of story readers want to read, but hey, yours is a different case. Like the previous comment, I haven't read anything of yours that I do not love (oh wait, I haven't read your 2012 DCBB). Anyway, if you really want, you can give us summaries and see what we want to read first? idk, it'd be better if you can finish them all, though.

I LOVE established relationship! The reason I got to read your story in the first place. I can never get myself to write first-time kind of thing, because really, who can pinpoint their exact first time? :)

Oh Sweetie! That sucks. I'm sure of the three at least one of them are usable! I wish you lots and lots of luck, my dear! If you want to send me the summaries in a private message or even email the stories to me I can act as your alpha reader. Would that help? If you rather not that's fine, but I'm here if you want! Send me a PM and I'll give you my email if you want to go on that route ( ... )

Aww.. that is so sweet of you. I should be encouraging you, not the other way around. :) Anyway, can I take a rain check on your offer? :D This challenge I'm participating is very specific and it may not be everyone's cup of tea. But I'll definitely need an alpha reader, sooner or later. ;)

It's true not many stories are based on established relationship, which is sad. But what is sadder is horrible first encounter. The one I particularly hate are ones they hook up in a bar. :(

It's hard for me to imagine anything you've written in a 'rough' format. If I can help in any way, even if it's just to tell you how much I enjoy your work, please let me know.

Oh my dear! So kind! Really I mean that. Thanks so, so much and I may take you up on that. I'm playing with two ideas right now and need to get some internal consent before I share it.

Thank you!
