my only advice is to keep talking. i know some people say about not telling them things because it might "stress them out." honestly, i think thats shit. richie and i keep this policy, always keep talking. the only time we had trouble was when communication stopped. he didnt tell me he was injuried. it almost ended our relationship. but when he was open with me, we were fine.

I agree about continuing to talk to him, I plan on it.. right now he's really freaking out and I honestly don't know how to be there for him. would you have any suggestions? =/ i just don't know what to do

i dont have a whole lot of advice. :\ just let him know that youre there for him. and when he settles down a bit, as in adjusts to the idea and doesnt freak out as much, i think its a good idea to talk about your fears. and talk about what its going to be like. you know? that way you two can feel a bit more comfortable with each other with it. like he said he was afraid youd move on. things like that. i wish i had more advice. i think the biggest thing i did for richie was let him know that i was there and just listened to him when he needed to talk.
