I like this, though it seems like it should be the opening of a longer fic. I think it would be interesting to read about his first reactions and encounter with the werewolf in a small space.

I like to think he knew what he was getting himself into a little bit, that is how I wanted to approach it. Nobody pulls the wool all the way over Severus' eyes, not the way I write him. Remus being a werewolf was so over the top that he didn't believe it.

it just didn't come across as well as I'd hoped.
