Hi! Uhm, are icons allowed to be nominated more than once? (I mean if someone nominated an icon in round 4, is a different person allowed to nominate the same icon in round 7?) Because I'm seeing a few repeats in this round of nominations of icons that have been nominated before.

I would like to think so, but preferably not by the same person if someone was to nominate an icon in best colour and you wanted to nominate it in best nature it's absolutly fine (:
