The pictures aren't visible any longer on the only other Ireland claim. I don't know how I'm supposed to do the remake icon.

I don't know if I understand you. You earlier were posting uploading pictures on Irleand image sharer and now you don't have access to that? I was thinking about remeaking a picture from the icon you made in past. If you haven't make any icon with your theme, you can make an icon from the picture from icon who someone else made. If hope I made it clearer now :)

I've never done the claim before, and the only other person who has must have moved or deleted theirs from the image hosting site they used because their icons aren't visible at their post anymore. I cannot see any icons from the Ireland theme at all.

So you can remake an icon that you have made in past from any theme, but the new one must be visibly similar to the earlier icon (ie. coloring, crop, composition). Also post the icon that you were remaking :)
