Date: December 14th, 2005 Character(s): Su Li, Dean Thomas Location: The Art Gallery Status: Private Summary: Su talks to Dean about selling his work at the Gallery Completion: Incomplete
Dean hadn't been sleeping well while he thought of his mother's death and his project. He'd taken to staying up well into the early morning and then waking with the dawn. He didn't want to disturb Parvati, so he ended up on the sofa often, most of the time thinking about his mum's death and how much he missed her. Dean felt guilty for not thinking about her much for the past few months and he almost felt that the joy he had been experiencing was a slap in the face of his own mum. He understood that it couldn't be this simple or happy and with that thought, he'd spent more and more time alone and had avoided others who he didn't feel it was right to burden with his problems and who he thought had issues of their own

Su, a bit anxious, was halfway through the gallery before Ms. Gray called her. She smiled thanks at the older woman, then approached her visitor.
"Hello, Mr. Thomas. I'm Su Li." She held out her hand with a smile. "Thank you for agreeing to come see me today. Shall we go into the meeting room? I have tea and coffee, whichever you'd prefer." She gestured towards the room.
