Rabastan thought he would get in a bit of exercise by walking to Copper Towers. He had been reading over the budget and arthimantical projections for his charities all day and was in need of fresh air and movement.
A few minutes before 7 o'clock, Rabastan entered Copper Towers and knocked on the door of 1A.
Su was rinsing the last bowl when she heard a knock on the door. Placing it in the drying rack, she wiped her hands on her apron before opening the door with a smile.
"Rabastan! Welcome. Please come in." She led him into the living room. "May I take your coat? Or get you a drink? I suppose both would be possible, actually."
"Good evening, Su." Rabastan took off his gloves and placed them in an in his cloak pocket before removing it and handing it over. "Thank you. I am not particulary thirsty at the moment but do not allow me to stop you. Something smells delicious," he said after taking a deep breath.
Su took the cloak with a smile. "Be right back," she said and slipped into her bedroom to hang it on the coat rack there. She paused a moment as she passed the closet and grinned. She had a Charms master in her living room; perhaps he could remove the charms placed on her brown dress by a house elf on her disasterous date last summer. She made a mental note to ask him after dinner.
Returning to the living room, she beamed, pleased at the compliment. "It's steamed duck stuffed with rice and vegetables. It's in the oven keeping warm, so we can eat now or later."
