RP: Friday Night Patrol

Summary: Kingsley runs into an irate Irma Pince while on his usual Friday night patrol north of the river.

It was a crisp fall evening. The wind was enough that Kingsley was happy he had brought gloves and a hat to wear during his Friday Auror patrol. He had already been up at the north end near the hospital. He dropped by the Five Alarm to warm up a bit and check in with Rosie. He wandered over to the Town Hall and made sure everything was secure there before making a circuit along River Road.
Kingsley was having a fairly quiet night. Aside from breaking up a group of teens hanging around the Museum earlier, there really wasn't much going on in town this evening. He wondered if it would remain this quiet all night or if this was merely the calm before the storm.
