Justin was late. It was all his owl's fault though. Technically. He'd woken up with only ten minutes before his shift began, and he was feeling exceptionally lazy that day. He'd spent the night cleaning his flat, which was a far more difficult task than he initially anticipated. An extra hour of sleep would not have gone unappreciated ( ... )

Connie laughed as Justin fell on his back, not particularly caring he was late - they hadn't any customers yet, so it didn't matter. She was here, after all. "Peach," she confirmed. "There's blueberry and orange soda somewhere here too."

The flowers were still singing - they'd moved on to a rude version of 'God Save the Queen,' as Connie took out her wand, hunting down the barrels for the monkeys. "No off switch, but if you tap your wand on the barrel, they'll get back in," she said with a laugh.

"There's some chalks and things, too, but they don't make noise," she joked.

Justin looked around. "Which ones are orange? I snagged myself a bit of toast, but I ran out orange juice. The hard way. D'you know what orange juice tastes like, two weeks past expiration?"

He finally caught on to what the flowers were singing and he blushed. It was funny for parties, he supposed, but if someone walked in... He waved his wand hoping to lower their volume but it just seemed to make them louder. He looked to Connie for help.

"Hey, do you think we could - hey!" He shouted, catching several of the rogue monkeys pick up their barrel and run off with it. They were heading for the Multi-Purpose Parchment and Other Miscellaneous Items Shredder, obviously having no intention of ever returning to the captivity of their barrel. "The little tossers are trying to shred their barrel!"

Justin started to go after them, but two particular nasty monkeys had tied his raggedy shoelaces together. He tripped for the second time in less than five minutes.

Connie tossed a bottle of the orange bubbles toward him, which missed him by a mile as he tripped over his shoelaces, causing Connie to double over in laughter. She moved over to the now loud flowers, tapping her wand to the pot to turn them off, though she giggled as some monkeys made a break for freedom, not sure if she wanted to put away all the mayhem just yet.

"Accio monkeys," she said as they got too close to the shredder, putting them back in the barrel with a grin and a shake of her head. "Pity the family that gets these," she joked.

"I have some real orange juice up in my flat if you'd like some," she offered.
