Summary: In pursuit of knowledge regarding grief, Rabastan consults Orla, who unknown to him, is in pursuit of knowledge of her own.

Rabastan had a letter waiting from Elizabeth when he arrived home. Mrs. Carter refusal to see Ms. Quirke had surprised him, but he understood better after reading what Elizabeth had found out about the reason why. He had been relieved to learn that while Mrs. Carter remained sad, there were no additional uncontrollable outbreaks of tears over the weekend.
At 8:50, Rabastan left the Old Stone Church to walk up River Road to Ms. Quirke's offices. He was rather amused by the name, Quirky Thoughts. He hoped she was credible, but if not, he supposed he could find someone in London that was, after all there were many muggle who dealt with such things as grief. At 9:00, dressed in a muggle suit in preparation for his lunch meeting in London, he arrived for his appointment with Ms. Quirke.
