Summary: Kingsley notices one of his neighbors seems to have an abundance of owls and calls on Wilhelmina to discuss a trade.

Kingsley knew he had to get his own owl. This having to rent public posts ones was getting old, especially since he tended to write people in the middle of the night when a public owl couldn't be had. Had Kingsley thought the situation through it would have occured to him that he shouldn't send owls in the middle of the night, but he was so focused on the idea of obtaining his own owl and what it might take in trade, that he hadn't considered that his postal preferences might not suit the majority of his recipients.
One of his neighbors seemed to have an aviary and an abundance of owls. Kingsley thought it would be a good idea to try there first. If the owner of 115 Albus Avenue wasn't interested in a trade, he would go see Hagrid next, but he could think of all types of awful things Hagrid might want from him in trade, so he really hoped his neighbor would be in the mood to bargain.
Having reached his neighbor's door, Kingsley knocked and waited.
