Bill received the terse missive with an instinctive soft gulp. More testing. An involuntary sudder ran down his back and he gave a soft weary sigh. Two. Only two tests and he was a bit surprised his reactions were so strong.

He vaguely wondered if Snape had shown anyone the pictures he'd taken for further "study." "Study my ass; more like laugh," he grumbled. The good humor he'd originally felt about the incident had dried up in the face of another full moon. Now he was resentful, sullen and not just a bit ticked off about the whole thing. Bill shook away those thoughts, pushing back the negative feelings which was fairly easy to do now and tried to replace them with the amusement he knew would return after the full moon.

As for Snape's note, Bill stiffened his spine and waited with a mild dread until his visit to Remus's.

Severus was nothing if not succinct. Remus smirked, folding the note up and dropping it into his pocket. He still wasn't comfortable with tossing Gilen out on his ear when Severus wanted to 'visit', but it was something he'd just have to accept.

Besides, it wasn't as if this was going to be some sort of a permanent solution. It was only temporary. And Tonks had said she wanted some time with Gilen this week...
