At 20 minutes before 2 o'clock, Rabastan spelled a note to the front door of the church directing anyone seeking help with spells to contact Cedric Diggory at the Museum on D Street between 1st and Epsilon while he was out. Tibbs and Skrat were out with yet another young person helping adapt his flat to magical. Rabastan thought that perhaps he should have the pair go door to door in the larger blocks of flats tomorrow offering assistance instead of waiting for people to come to the church for help. He'd think about that more later. For now, he had an appointment to keep.
Rabastan warded the church door and set off down River Road. He wanted to walk up Alpha and check to make sure that Ollivander's had not taken any damage on his way to Remus Lupin's home at 6th and A. The wand maker's building looked fine and Rabastan was quite relieved. It did not take him long to finish the walk. At one minute before 2 o'clock, Rabastan knocked firmly on the Deputy Headmaster's door.
If he remembered anything about his former Transfiguration Professor, the current Headmistress, it was that she was as tenacious as she was intelligent, and as curious as her animagus form. Rabastan knew she would want him to explain himself. In fact, he was quite looking forward to it.
