RP: Noise Makers

Summary: Caradoc and Cai get to work repairing The Warren and wake up a neighbor.

Caradoc and his house elf, Cai, arrived at their claim on H Circle at 9:30 in the morning. He wanted to give his neighbors plenty of time to be up and about or at work before he started in on the noisy job of sorting and repairing the stone. Silencing charms only went so far after all. Almost the entire east wall of The Warren, as Cai has told him the house liked to be called... whatever that meant... on the east end of the house was collapsed. Caradoc wanted to go through the stone and separate out the pieces that could be used to repair the wall and collect the smaller ones to turn into magical mortar.
"Cai? I thought we agreed to have someone come and do the roof for us." Caradoc had been surprised to find that the roof repairs had nearly been completed. His little elf had certainly been busy, but he didn't like the idea of her doing something that dangerous on her own.
"No, Master says, but Cai not agrees. Roof is good Master. Cai fixes it Cai's self." The elf was obviously pleased with her surprise and Caradoc decided to let it go. The more they could do themselves, the more money they would save. Caradoc certainly wasn't hurting for funds considering that he had both magical and muggle inheritances and had been working steady until he moved back to England, but he was taught to be frugal by his parents and grandparents who valued what their parents and grandparents had built and passed on to them.
"Okay, Cai. If you can handle it, I'll leave it to you. Just be careful, I don't want you hurt. But let's get to work on this stone today. We'll levitate the reusable pieces over by the shed and dump the dust and small chunks into those large metal drums we scavenged."
"Yes, Master."
And so they got down to work. CRASH! BANG!
