Charlie was looking forward to seeing Ron. He really hadn’t seen much of any of his brothers since he’d been back, as he’d fallen right into
fixing up the cider house and then working with Wayne and Oliver
at the hotel. What little free time he’d had he’d been trying to catch up with his Mum.
So he was glad Ron was able to grab a bite on such short notice. His shoulder was still a bit tender from
his injury, so he was planning on taking the afternoon off anyway after having done mostly administrative tasks this morning.
Coming upon Socks, realized it was a bit earlier than they’d agreed to meet, so he decided to head in and have a drink while he waited. He opened the door and stepped inside, looking around to see if anyone else was eating this early.
The place was almost empty, save a couple of older witches in the corner.
Charlie gave a little wave to Miffy, who rushed over to greet him. He thanked her and ordered a pint, and then shrugged off his coat before taking a seat in a booth while he waited for his brother.
