Miss Davis,

I'm well, thank you. I hope you're good, also.

When would be a good time for me to come and take a look at the property and see what I could do?

In regards to your furniture and kitchen cabinetry, I could help you with that as well. When we meet, you'll have to let me know exactly what you'll need. I work with someone who specialises in custom wood fittings. He may be able to help as well, once I know more about what you're looking for.

I look forward to your reply.

Yours Sincerely,

Roger Davies

Mr. Davies,

Thank you for the prompt reply, it is much appreciated. I will be out of the country on business until Monday so perhaps Wednesday would suit? I shall certainly go around the house - as much as I can - and catalogue what fixtures and fittings I will need so I can give you a list when you come to see the house.

Yours Sincerely,

Miss Tracey A. Davis

Miss Davis,

Wednesday sounds perfect. Would ten o'clock suit you? Let me know; if it doesn't, my day is pretty much open.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,

Roger Davies

Tracey,
So glad to hear from you. I haven't see you around Copper Towers much lately, I'm glad to hear that you're well.

The projects are getting on their way, or so it seems, I have meetings this week regarding a couple of them and I'm very excited - though seeing as you'll be back this Sunday or Monday, would you maybe like to do something? You mention going out - we wouldn't even really have to do that, but I'd love to see you.

Do let me know how your week looks, and good luck in Nice. Safe trip, all that, if there's anything I can do while you're there to help, I'm always just a letter away,
Yours as well,
Adrian

Dear Adrian,

I have been around but spending more and more time at the new house. I've got people coming round to look at it next week so hopefully it'll be habitable sooner rather than later.

Really? You want to see me again Certainly. I'm sure I could fit you in some time this week.. How about Tuesday or Friday?

Thank you for the offer but I think I shall be alright. Gabrielle is looking after Gilt for me so if you hear noises in the flat, it's probably her.

Do you mean that? Am I your

Yours,

Tracey x

Beautiful and very-missed neighbor,
...And I have missed you, by the way. I would love it if you could... 'fit me in' to your very busy schedule sometime next week - and I can't wait to see how to the work is coming on the new house. You're clever to bring in help, I've been trying to do it all on my own at the estate.

Is Tuesday too early then? I'd hate to be an inconvenience but I'd really love to see you again. Well, do let me know, I've missed your smile around here,
Yours though I suppose I never asked if you wanted me...,
Adrian
