RP: Dead Again?

Summary: Gilderoy, as per usual, has an animated and rather over-enthusiastic reaction to Rita’s news - which leads to injury - which leads to distress - which leads to misunderstandings... and isn’t that what Gilderoy’s all about?

With a little bit of money tucked away in his raisin jar, Gilderoy set out to find a supplier of feed for his little darlings. It was a lot more difficult than he had anticipated. At first, he though he could just send out owls to “feed supplier” but they came back unanswered. So, he was going to send a letter to Mrs. Grimthorpe, one of his fans. She and her husband had a farm up in the northern part of England somewhere, and they had pigs and sheep, so she must know of a place where he could order feed.
So, without further ado, he brought out his parchment and quill and a pair of scissors. He had been running low on parchment (and damned if he was going to use paper), so he chose to cut some of his stash in half to conserve his supply. “How devilishly clever,” he muttered to himself. “For a note such as this, I shouldn’t need more than half a sheet, anyway.”
Just as he was cutting the paper in half, he heard someone entering the shop.
Craning his neck leaning back in his chair, he could see it was Rita. “Aah! Miss Skeeter!” he said, righting himself and getting up from the chair.
“I’m afraid I don’t have any more clothes for you yet.”
