RP: Useless Ambrosia

Summary: After returning from a rather depressing trip, Sanguini decides it would be good to get his mind off of things. How to get drunk without being able to drink? Who knows?

Sanguini walked into the Five Alarm looking rather tired, something that was odd for a vampire. He had no real need for sleep, and never dreamed. When the sun rose, he died, albeit only for a few hours at a time. But his trip out of the country had taken a lot out of him emotionally, and part of him still wondered why he had even bothered. Visiting graveyards and headstones rarely helped anyone, after all.
He sat down at a table in the back, and waited for one of the barmaids to take his order. The vampire asked for a glass of their best red wine, knowing that 'best' was relative in these chaotic times of rebuilding. While he was waiting, he pulled a silver flask out of his cloak and popped off the cork, taking a large sip. He hadn't fed much for the weeks he'd been gone, but he wasn't about to drain all of his supplies the second he got back. Sanguini knew he would have to visit the apothecary tomorrow.
He handed over a few coins to the barmaid once she arrived with his wine, and proceeded to gaze around the tavern, curious as to whether or not there were any other lonely souls out there this night.
