Piper is at the library. His web searches yielded surprisingly little information - one tended to fall off the radar after a certain age. Oh there was plenty on him, but it was the same stuff over and over, and not what Piper wanted to know. So now he is in the library, looking at scans of old newspapers and best of all - Central City police
