That Gallipoli landing was horrible. So many died for nothing really.

But enought of that...I loved that chapter. Yes, I agree Ginny/Hedwig was wonderful. Great chapter.

World War I in general was horrible - that's why it's important to remember it and not go down that path again if at all possible. That's why I like those ceremonies because you don't notice the memorials after awhile. Thanks for reading!

One of the things that you notice right away in both Australia and New Zealand is the memorial stone in every town for the boys that died in WWI and those men and women who died in WWII. I suppose the kids getting killed in Iraq even as I type will have memorials as well.

I love this chapter. It comes full circle from Harry's years with the Dursleys and brings up the worry about what kind of parent he will be. And the newlyweds are getting to be better communicators.

Good on ya' for getting so much done. You have a happy friendlist, will have a happy friend with a new quilt, and a very much loved birthday boy.

Every town in Canada has one, too. And Rememberence Day is a real holiday, not just an excuse to have sales. *sigh* It is good to remember the unpleasant stuff - even if we don't want to.

I hope everyone is happy as you say! Thanks for that thought. :)

Ginny is so tender towards Harry. I love how she visits him during his two week trip. Your descriptions of his transfigured tents are a nice detail. I enjoyed it, as always!

Acutally all the stuff they could do with magic out in the woods is fun to think about! No need to carry that heavy backpack! Thanks for reading!

Ohh this chapter brought me to tears. *sniff* I could barely read the words on the page my eyes were so blurry! This was an incredible chapter. Absolutely incredible. :D I loved how Hermione i fighting to avoid another war, Leo's first word worry,

She couldn’t imagine someone trying to write a book set in New Zealand, for instance, without ever having been there. Well, you manage pretty well. XP Hehe. Seriously, if I didn't know better I'd say you were a NZ native. :P

Absolutely amazing work!:D

LOL - you noticed the reference about NZ? That's just me being silly. I'm glad the H/G conversation worked - I didn't want to be too maudlin. Thanks for reading.

I love your Hedwig. :D

Poor Harry. And I love the reason why he was upset. *huggles him*

And poor you! Congratulations on getting all that done! Relax with a cup of coffee.

LOL - you're just as busy as I am. Let's relax together! Hedwig is an awesome character. I do like that she came along.
