You Had a Hard Time With This Chapter?? deecgirl April 6 2007, 16:35:53 UTC
I find that hard to believe. You seem to make it come out so effortless. I was sitting in my bed room reading this morning, and was thinking, how does Mary come up with the realization so easy like this. I would struggle definitely. Harry and Ginny's moments are so real and touching. I truly understand Ginny's fears and I suppose since what happened with Tom, that eleven year old girl will always live inside of her. That was such a traumatic experience. I believe a lot of it had to do with her feelings for Harry too. I don't think it would burn so deep if Harry wasn't involved ( ... )

Oh, thanks so much for your kind words! I'm glad you could see what I was trying to do with H/G's scene at the end. Believe it or not, a lot of people don't like to be reminded of Chamber!Ginny since they think she's evolved beyond that in HBP. But I always thought that was the spur to make Ginny an achiever. And I think you're right - it was because Harry was involved that makes it still a part of her present ( ... )

Hi,

As always I'm loving the story.

And now for a little Kiwi-picking. In NZ the second of January is a Statutory hoiliday.Harry wouldn't have class on that day.

I changed it to Harry reporting back to the hospital for call duty. That should cover it. Thanks for reading!

For a bloke who hates having to deal with weepy women, Harry's actually becoming rather good at it, isn't he? ;)

Other than that, I've nothing more profound to say than: Good chapter.

He didn't know it at the time - but it's implied in the wedding vows - tears, moodiness, and put clothes in the hamper. Just part of that glorious first year of marriage. :)

I always wonder about the effect the chamber had pn Ginny since we never get to hear about it either in the fanon or the canon, so it was great to read about it - you write such intriguing stuff!

After HBP, you sure don't hear a lot about Ginny's experiences - but I think an experience that traumatic would linger long after the event. Thanks for reading!
