There’s something about being in an operating room that gives you chills. In that one room, which consists of a floor and four walls, it holds the power of life. People come in and out every day; some cases severe, others less serious. Surgeons shouldn’t feel like gods, but when you step into that room, knowing full well that you hold the life of ( Read more... )

Enjoying this very much as with all your stories. Those freaking weather people do get on your nerves when they take over your tv screens for darn hrs. Why can't they run the scroll at the bottom of the screen.

Channing and Reid! I like how this guy we never saw pops up in so many fics.

Emotional stuff--really great.

Okay I have to admit I spent the entire time reading this distracted by the fact that when I go downstairs to watch Glee I am going to be rudely interrupted by this stupid weather. UGH!!!! I only saw 90 seconds of Biggest Loser for that same reason. Damn! I also want to go out watching Glee, seriously. We had a tornado touch down 8 miles NW of here, but it literally always hits the hills on the outside of our town and bounces over us usually to the next town.

Back to the story though, I liked this chapter. The last part actually made me laugh. An important lesson learned, Reid. It was a great chapter from a Dr.'s POV. I am still excited about them meeting since you were so excited to write it, I can't imagine how exciting it will be to read it.

I haven't written it yet! Lol. I only have the first...three sentences written. Ha.

I'm just really excited to write it though because I think I've had it planned since...god, even before the middle of Intern. I knew in my head exactly how I wanted it to go.

LOL! oh bb <3 you amuse me.
luckily the weather didn't hit til a few hours after glee for me =P
i would have smashed something if the limited shots of blaine had been cut even shorter by a stupid news guy. <3

wow. i loved the backstory there on reid and marilyn. so interesting and so well said. just wow.

HA! his attending was CHANNING?!
and he screwed him? xD
another thing to add to our lure-cliche bingo sheet: dr. channing is gay (and once had a thing with reid)! xD

I missed the entirety of Blaine/Kurt. I saw the very beginning. Then they interrupted. I missed the Will/Emma stuff and the next part, then it came back for all of two minutes before it was interrupted for the rest of the show. I downloaded it last night though and watched it. Kurt looked so cute in his sweater. I can't wait til he's back at McKinley next week!

I'm trying to corporate aspects of Reid's life we knew on the show. So this is how the whole "saving them" thing started for him in my verse with the pictures.

mybabci or vintagelamb has Reid/Channing having a previous history together and when I first read that I started laughing because at that point I already had this chapter written, it had just been sitting there for awhile, so I had to e-mail her to laugh about it. Reid's hatred for him in the beginning just seems like the kind of thing where a relationship or sex went very, very wrong somehow, lol.

LOL! oh, i so agree xD there are SO many stories out there where channing is gay and he and reid either tried having a relationship or had sex, or at the very least channing had a thing for reid but reid blew him off (and not in the way he wanted!) i adore it xD
