it's such a good feeling if someone praises your work, especially when you're new at it °^°<3
I totally understand you there, I was insecure when I started working in that pub, too, because I made a few mistakes but the guests always praised me because I am kind and talk openly to them and they like my easy-going nature :)

expecting the worst is a good way of protecting your soul, you know. cause you are expecting it and then if -in the worst case- it happend it wouldn't shock and hurt you as much as it would if you thought it's just a scratch.
anyway, I'm glad your dad is ok!

Yes, I find it difficult to go to a new place. That's good, I find that alot of the time people don't mind if you make mistakes, especially if you are new.

I got a new job too as a secretary in a centre for learning foreign languages (there are a lot here) and I am so lucky I can't stop being happy about it.It's a good start.

Yes, he's having an operation today nothing major though, so he should be back soon ^_^

Well, I kinda see it as stepping from there for a year or two and then work as an English teacher.They teach English there and they told me that at some point I may start with a few hours.
The environment is also excellent that's why I am so excited.Got lucky in difficult times...
