It's from a Mattel/DCU Infinite Heroes 3-pack set with Superman and Supergirl. Should be out around Nov '08.

Hurray for Bart icons!

Lego Batman was so very cool, but mean bouncers were there to make sure we didn't touch him.

And I know what you mean about the Wondy and SG figures. It looks really cheap, the sort of stuff you'd get with a Happy Meal D:
