OKAY. Um, as very rarely happens (but as does always seem to when it's inconvenient), BOTH IotY part 3 *AND* week 16 are caught up in some gruesome ties.
For week 16, all I can say is that we need one or two more voters.
For IotY, let's cut this down to a TIEBREAKER~
