It's very casual here... You just need to speak to the landlord of any of the twelve apartment buildings and they'll provide you with a place to stay... As for work... Just ask around the city if anyone is hiring.

[It's...the guy that told him Jowy wasn't here. Who knew about things at home. But then, he's being helpful this time... and he supposes that if he's from home, he probably knows a little about Jowy. The least he can be is polite.
