[He's sensed her presence since the moment she appeared in Adstringendum, but it hasn't done anything but confuse the everliving hell out of him. The Master hasn't sensed a Time Lord aside from the Doctor in a very long time, for obvious reasons, and for another one to suddenly show up when the whole race is gone?]

[ The Master wasn't the only one to be surprised by this, although for her they were for entirely different reasons. She doesn't even attempt to mask her surprise and instead stares at the screen for a moment before finally responding. ]

Well, as I said, people get pulled in from different times. Nothing stops multiple people from the same universe from being here. Even if they have the same name.
