[Today, Riku is bored. Bored and curious. What does this mean? Well, listen and find out!]

The Malnosso claim they're trying to find a way back to our worlds, and the experiments are their way of doing it. Now, apparently they're just as stuck as we are ( Read more... )

Trusting those guys would pretty much be the most stupid thing to do in this situation. What have they ever really done for us either way, huh? I don't see how putting us through those lame experiments is going to find us any way home, even if it wasn't such an obvious lie.

One would almost start to wonder where they even get the ridiculous ideas for some of these experiments, huh?

I still say they just throw random words into a hat.

Random words into a hat, huh.. I wouldn't put it past them. Seems like it would be a little boring for them, though.

Well, they get to see how we handle it. I'd say that makes up for it.

Ah, so what you're saying is that just seeing us handle lame situations like that is fun to them regardless of the exact nature of the situations?

Usually the experiments have at least some bite to them. Even when they don't, people throw fits over them.

Yeah, so it's the fits throwing part that's fun to them, right?

Just the overall reactions. I mean, if they're really experiments, then results are a big deal.

Even if they're experiments, I'm not sure what kind of scientific purpose the results could ever help, really.

Yeah, I doubt they actually do them for real scientific reasons.

I'm not even sure I want to know what kind of scientific experiment would involve locking people up in a village and making them play out fairytales or twist around their personalities.

That's why I figure it's more about their own entertainment than real science.

Real reasoning at work here, huh.

Easier than trying to look at their psychology and work out how half the experiments are even close to scientific.
