apparently i have polycystic ovarian syndrome. i get to go for a bunch of tests including some fun internal ultrasounds and the upshot is that i have a fairly high chance of having diabetes / insulin resistance and probably cant have kids until its sorted out. according to various websites its not clear whether this syndrome causes or is caused by
