Ahhhh yes there's that stream of consciousness. Perfectly disjointed and a wonderful use of the First. Your "The First" was actually menacing and evil. Loved the twisting of Joyce and Tara. I have to wonder if this wasn't a bit freeing to write - just letting the words flow by association. You've captured the madness and the menace, improving upon the show's concept and giving it true breath.

Wonderful job.

Ouch. Poor Spike.

I never read a stream-of-consciousness type of fic that explored crazy!Spike's mental state. You did brilliant job! It's scary and compelling.
