Oh man, I just love her thoughts about Jayne, first asking for something stronger and then doing that mental double take. It make me snicker. Beautiful use of language with this as well.

Very lovely. I particularly like how you begin with the careful structure and calm of the tea ceremony and then throw in the Jayne double-take!

You really captured Inara's spirit and voice beautifully. There's this sort of graceful flow to it that seems very much like her.
