YUSH. Okay. Um....Nino/Guitar Hero OTP.

Nino nods along to the beat of the song and then sets his fingers to the neck of his guitar.

"Kazunari!" yells his mother. "Quit playing video games and go to work!"

The whammy bar is warm under his fingers and Sho is warm at his back. "That's it, that's it!" shouts Nino.

"This is great, Nino," says Sho, "but shouldn't we be getting into wardrobe?"

"It's the Les Paul pack," Aiba says meaningfully.

Nino stares. "I love you the most out of anybody," he swears.

Aiba pulls the controller out of reach. "First you have to come to the set," he bargains.

Guitar Hero is different on the DS but it's still Guitar Hero and, honestly, at this point in the set his touch-screen can go fuck itself.

"Nino!" Jun huffs. "You're supposed to be on stage. Playing a real guitar."

"Shit!"

"I miss Nino's magic," Ohno said sadly, trying to pillow his head comfortably on Nino's balled-up jacket.

"This is magic," Nino tells him significantly.

Jun gets it. He really does. His smile is too big, his eagerness too keen. He's too young and too shrill and too ardent for Sho. Sho, who is overwhelmed as it is with the drama and school and Arashi. Jun can't help the way he feels about Sho, can't help the way it bursts out of him. He knows he's just too much for Sho. Jun only wishes he were too much of a boy for Sho as well, but that's dashed by the way Sho confesses to Aiba behind the make-up trailer, where he thinks nobody can see.

"I turned him down, Jun," Aiba whispers in the darkness of the hotel room later that night. "I know you saw and I turned him down."

Closing his eyes, Jun shrugs and knows that Aiba will hear the sound across the narrow space of their beds. "You didn't have to. I don't like him that way anymore. I think I like Leader." It's not entirely a lie. "So you can go ahead and date him."

"I turned him down for you," whispers Aiba forlornly.

First one: I am so happy you liked it. I liked how it turned out--not quite right and not quite wrong. Plus, you know, the heart-ouchies. As for the second: I love Sho to tiny pieces. It is the reason I abuse his dignity so. Which reminds me: your icon is perfect.

Also: Yes! I use gchat sometimes but mostly I'm on the yahoo messenger. I'm 'Ciircee' in both of them. I spend most of my time invisible thanks to some literal crazy in the extended family. I...will say that I'm not exactly a brilliant conversationalist.

It's the little things that keep Watanuki grounded. He discovers early that space without time is a vast and unlimited thing that is easy to get lost in. He grounds the shop but it does not ground him. So instead he cooks and he cleans and he doesn't spoil Maru and Moro.

But he can see a time when he might want to. He has nothing but time to indulge them, after all. And they are his constant companions, his only playmates. But if he gives into them, spoils them the way that Yuuko did, then he truly will become her.

So he beats the rugs and he makes Doumeki lunch when he comes and he watches the millions of tiny ways in which his other constant companion ages from day to day. It centers him and keeps him moving forward despite the stop in time.

Um um um, did I make it? MERLIN? When Arthur finds out how absolutely everyone found out about Merlin's magic before him? ("Uh, Uther caught me one time too," said Merlin. "But then there was this memory charm... thing and then, uh, he kind of forgot that he found out." Merlin looked sheepishly at Arthur. "That really wasn't my fault, just so you know.") :P

"Morgana knows." This was not very much a question.

"She does, yes. But that's because she's like me. Sort of. She has her own powers."

"Right," said Arthur. Then, "And my Father?"

"Doesn't remember that he knows."

"And I-" Arthur gestured again.

"Am finding out now," Merlin said with a brilliant smile.

"Yes. And did you know you talk in your sleep?"

"Yes-I, wait, what? I what?"

"Spells," said Arthur helpfully. "In your sleep when you're sick."

"That was just the once! You weren't even there!"

"And did you know that I use your room when you're not there?"

Delete me right out of here if this is a friends-only thing, but it would make my year if you would write me yamapair. Prompt: aaaahhh I'm easy, but I'd love to see Ohno in love.

'The cool kids want to sit with me at lunch!' is sort of my feeling. Have a drabble and my joy.

Love is like a little bubble in Ohno's chest, sweet and perfectly round and pretty. It's a feeling around his heart that burbles like a straw in chocolate milk. He feels it for a lot of people-his mom and his niece and his Nino-but the most special bubble is for Sho.

The Sho-bubble that lives inside of Ohno constantly swells up and tries to float out into the open air and sometimes Ohno thinks it sits behind his eyes (Nino told him so) and shines. Ohno can't help it and he doesn't really want to. He doesn't mind that sometimes words popped out or that Sho sometimes sees the soap-rainbow shine of it.

"I love you most out of everybody," Ohno says, the words pop-pop-popping as they climb into the van to go to their hotel.

"Satoshi!" Sho laughs; he's as surprised by the words as he always is but he's smiling so wide and happy.

Ohno's bubble rises up and he lets it float away again. "Sho."

If you had any idea how much time I have spent trying to build an airtight case about why we should be friends (we're talking months) before I present it to you, well, you probably wouldn't think I was cool anymore.

Exhibit 14(c) - this is part of a long line of evidence that mainly demonstrates why being your friend would be good for me - is that I love every single word about Ohno Satoshi that you have ever written. It just makes me so happy, whether he's a mechanic or a demon or a goldfish or just Satoshi, filled with chocolate milk bubbles of love.
