ch.4
“You actually found a guy who likes you?” Yoochun asked in disbelief as the three of them sat on a table inside the very same café where the original deal was made. “I don’t believe such a person exists.”
Junsu scowled at him. “Haha, hyung, very funny.” He said sarcastically.
“So, what’s his name?” Jaejoong asked with an amused smile on his face.
“Choi Siwon.” The youngest answered excitedly. “He’s a model for the magazine and a part-time free lance photographer.”
“Woah… Are you really sure there is a guy like that?” Yoochun butted in. “I mean, really, really sure?”
“Yah, hyung! Yes, I’m sure!”
“Just checking.” Yoochun answered amusedly, raising his hands as if to surrender.
Jaejoong chuckled. “So what’s he like?”
Junsu smiled at him. “Well, he’s nice. He’s pretty down-to-Earth and he’s intelligent. It’s really good. We talked yesterday for hours and we found out we had a lot in common. The conversation we had was surprisingly long. We couldn’t find anything that we can’t talk about.”
10 Ways to Choose the Wrong Person:
#2. Chemistry over Character? Focus on Chemistry.
“Wow. Looks like somebody’s already in love.” the oldest commented. Junsu blushed.
“In love? How can that be ‘in love’? He just met the guy yesterday.” Yoochun said, sounding bitter.
“Yah, hyung! What’s with you?” Junsu asked as he leaned in closer to Yoochun. “You’ve been criticizing that guy ever since you heard about him. You haven’t even met him.” He defended.
“Junsu-ah, don’t mind him.” Jaejoong said casually as he flicked the page of the magazine in front of him. “Yoochun’s just, er, losing sleep. So, when will you meet that guy again?”
Junsu’s lips formed a huge smile. “Tonight!” he exclaimed cheerfully. “He asked me out and I just couldn’t resist.”
“Whoo-ppee.” Yoochun said glumly. Junsu just ignored him.
“Great then. Have fun on it.” Jaejoong enthused.
“I sure will! It’s exciting! And don’t forget your side of the deal, hyung.” The youngest winked.
Jaejoong rolled his eyes. “It hasn’t been a week yet.”
“I’m just saying!”
“Fine. Fine.”
Junsu glanced at his wristwatch and frowned. “Oh, shoot! I gotta go.” He said, grabbing his coat. “I still have an article to submit. See you, hyungs!” Junsu stood up and headed out the door.
“Do you really have to side with him?" Yoochun asked dolefully as he rested almost half of his upper body on the table.
“Do you really have to be like that with him?”
“Can’t help it, hyung.” The younger guy grunted.
Jaejoong smiled amusedly and shook his head. “Whatever. It’s not my problem anymore if a certain someone can’t manage his own feelings.”

Hours later, Junsu rushed out of their building and into his car. He looked at his watch. 6:30. His date with Siwon was in just 30 minutes.
I still have time. He thought. Junsu put the key into ignition, started the engine and drove off to his apartment nearby. He changed his clothes (he already picked out what to wear for the date this morning), sprayed on some perfume then went back to his car.
Junsu reached the appointed restaurant in just 15 minutes. He looked at his watch. 6:59. He was just in time.
“Table for one?” A man in a black suit inquired as soon as Junsu entered.
He shook his head. “No… I think we have a reservation.”
“Ah, yes!” The man answered enthusiastically as his eyes went down on the list in front of him then back at Junsu. “Choi Siwon-sshi and Kim Junsu-sshi, I believe?”
Junsu nodded.
“This way please…”
A waiter led him to a table at the far left corner. Junsu said his thanks to the waiter and sat down.
“♪We keep the faith eternally…♪”
Junsu heard his phone rang. He took it out of his pocket and saw that it was Siwon who was calling him.
“Yeoboseyo? Siwon-sshi?”
“Junsu-sshi,” he heard Siwon say on the other line. “Mianhe. Are you at the restaurant now?”
“Oh, yes I am.”
“Oh man! Mianhe. I think I’ll be late. We’re still not finished with photo shoot for the calendar. The photographer got late.”
“Is that so? It’s okay. Just take your time.”
“Are you sure? I’ll be there as soon as I can.”
“Sure.”
“Bye.”
“Bye.”
Junsu hung up and sighed.
Fine, I could wait. He thought to himself.
5 minutes.
10 minutes.
20 minutes.
Half an hour.
Should I call him? Junsu thought as he drank his 3rd glass of rose champagne. But if he’s still on the shoot then he won’t have his cell phone with him. I’ll call him a little later.
45 minutes.
An hour.
An hour and a half.
An hour and 45 minutes.
“Yeoboseyo?” Junsu asked as his phone rang again.
“Junsu-sshi? Mianheyo. I made you wait for almost two hours.” He heard Siwon say.
“Kwaenchannayo.” Junsu replied. “Are you on your way?” he asked hopefully.
There was a pause. He heard voices in the background which meant the answer was no.
“Not yet.” Siwon said in an apologetic tone. “Mianheyo, Junsu-sshi. I’m really sorry. They extended the shoot. We were supposed to be done an hour ago. I’m really sorry for making you wait.”
“Oh…” Junsu trailed off. He tried to hide his disappointment but with no luck. “I… I see. I’ll just go home then.”
“I’m really, really sorry.”
“It’s okay. I’m really okay with it.”
Junsu hung up and frowned. He was certainly not okay with it.
