Yukimi still doesn't know Kino's a girl. If he knew, it might change his attitude a little, but mostly because he's an adult male rooming with all guys and then HER. Uh. But he doesn't know, so. Anyway. Yukimi doesn't like kids/teens that much. He has a big list of reasons why. So far, Kino hasn't really set off any of his youngster-hate triggers. He can tell she's definitely intelligent on some level, and has quite a bit of life experience from her travels. That's the kind of stuff, along with maturity, that he can respect in a younger person. Good job, Kino! On the other hand, I doubt he'd ever get attached to her. But that's the case for most people. Yoi-te and Miharu were special cases, and Kino's a pretty independent person. It would probably take a lot of the two hanging out with each other before he'd see Kino as anything beyond a cabinmate he gets along with ( ... )

They so are.

They should shoot at the range together sometime.

Yukimi's first impressions on Yogi?

Reply

numisma May 25 2009, 01:34:51 UTC
In a nutshell, Yukimi would be surprised to learn that Yogi is actually in his twenties. He seemed more like a teenager, possibly a little more naive than is healthy. But Yukimi's well aware it can take a while for newcomers to adjust to camp, so he'd probably hold off on an actual judgment for now.

What do you think Bel will think of Akazukin's rapetastic power if he ever gets to see a full extent of one of her fights?

He'd be very impressed and intrigued. She's one sadistic little monster of a girl, like if Pyramid Head were a loli Red Riding Hood. The bloody, gory parts of the fight would interest him the most. As he observes he'd probably be gauging her strength to see if she'd be worth fighting. The answer would quickly be yes, albeit a wary one depending on what exactly he saw her do. (He believes that there's a way to fight any opponent, and it's a matter of coming up with the right tactic. She wouldn't be excluded... just a very, very, VERY tough opponent that he'd prefer to watch a lot first.)

Anything new for Bandou and Fuura or Yukimi and Yuta?

Does Delirium like banana flavored cherries?

Nothing new for Bandou and Fuura. On the Yukimi-Yuta front, after the incident at the bombing site, I think it's safe to say Yukimi's guaranteed to keep an eye out for him. Yuta may be pretty strong for his age, but he's still young. They need to talk more, though.

Delirium likes them sometimes.

I know Yukimi and Near have met a couple of times... or Bel on Cuthbert... or Del on Hank... I will hit you back if I haven't already. ♥

Or you can ramble at me about how Bel is handling camp and life in general...

AND JUMP ME! ANY OF ME! ANY TIME!

Yukimi thinks Near is much younger than he really is, and his youngster-hate makes it a little difficult for him to get along with Near. He's not that bad, though, based on the few times they've interacted.

Bel dislikes Cuthbert and finds him too stupid/ignorant for his tastes. He'll swear up and down that Otani is muuuch more preferable than Bert.

Delirium really likes Hank and my brain sort of short-circuits just trying to think of the awesome antics they could get up to. :>

Bel's pretty well situated in camp by this point. Oh, he still has his gripes, but they're things that won't be going away anytime soon and he has appearances to keep up. He does, after all, hold himself to some pretty high standards. No real issues. He's a bit frustrated at not getting any good fights, and he keeps meaning to poke an acquaintance of his about building a mini-restaurant into her cabin-castle, but otherwise he's pretty zen.

And a little bored, but that always happens. :|

After she told him that she was the reason he wanted to be Batman when he grows up Hank has sort of thought that Delirium must be his conscience. Which would make him both Pinocchio and Batman. And yes, anything and everything they could possibly do together would be awesome.

Why do I feel like Yukimi and Fran should meet?

LAWL. That is amazing.

I'm. Not sure. But they probably should just to see what would happen.
