Seriously Jeremy Piven is the grossest guy in the whole world isn't he? What is he even aiming for in that video? Has someone given him DIRECTION to act like the most giantest douche in the world or did it just happen naturally?

Is he there to represent the dangers of the Hollywood lifestyle or something, cause of that repulsive Jewish stereoty... I mean lovable comedy character he plays in Entourage? That's my best guess.
