they probley dont think your arrogent,they are just jealous and thats the best put down they can come up with. The one thing ive learned about you is you only dont talk to someone if your tired or in an uncomfortable situation. And you still talk to some extint in those very very small occasions. I can name 3 people that are jealous of you for no reason besides you just being you. They are fuckers for not trying to talk to you first anyways, are they not arrogent? If they talked to you, you would have most definatly talked back and told them ALOT at once and would have ended up makeing a new friend in 10mins. People just say shit because they are girls and have nothing else to do, dont think twice about it.
