So Eric informs me last night that the lease runs out at the end of June -- not the end of August -- and that there's already a tenant lined up for our room.  I cannot deal with this right now.  I've got the credit collectors, the bank, the DMV, and about half-a-dozen potential employers to tongue-lash this week, and a friend is paying me to help
