...that festival sounds awesome. Pork chops and beer by the liter sounds like a pretty damned good day.

I think they were actually called "smoked pork shank". They were some thick mofo's... and soft like baby meat. It was truely a delight. Come up here for it next year. You can get an Airtran ticket for like $50 each way- then you need another $50 while you're here.
