I'm probably the wrong person to ask, dear, but I can tell you what I do know.

Econtra...or 'Neocontra' as the majority of the drafted seem to be calling it now, is a military compound. I'm told they brought us here because we all have some sort of useful ability towards the cause of fighting the Entropi. Great big things made of lightening, it seems...

But anyway. There's a few things laying around here somewhere if you really want to know. Check the old communicator posts.
