So the date is friday 6th to sunday 8th august. Location is London. I don't know whether the plan is still to see Legally Blond, but we'll figure something out to do (we always do ( Read more... )

I'm coming

I'll be staying Friday and Saturday night and can stay Sunday night if others want to (it's hardly a long way home for me!)

Breakfast would probably be handy.

Seeing Legally Blonde would be great - that film was on last night and I love it so hard. Are others up for that? Could try and get cheap tickets for the matinee Saturday...

Umm, awesome, awesome, awesome.

As for Legally Blond. I think we would still like to know, but figured you'd need to know numbers, so this post serves dual purpose. Smarts? I has it.

If we're not booking theatre as of yet, I'll come for at least some of Saturday, but I'll be training back, since, y'know, 45 min train journey from home!

But let me know about the show. Whoever's booking should be able to get me a disabled concessionary price (and one for someone else) so I'll have to see how finances pan out.

I may drag CTony up to London, but obviously we wouldn't need accommodation. Probably the Friday, as there is still this theoretical party on the Saturday!

Friday will probably be meeting up, going out to buy alcohol and food which will then be consumed back at accomodation to save money. You're more than welcome to join us for any part of the weekend you'd like. It would be good to see you both (I don't think I've seen either of you since you graduated nearly 4 years ago)

Yes to Friday and Saturday (although I wouldn't be down to 7ish Friday evening due to work/nursery commitments).

sal101010 is also interested in joining us. (She's done two pantos and Hamlet so she's practically a regular)

Yea!

As for Sal, she should be able to see this post herself but I do understand she's away at the moment. And kicking self because I don't think I actually have her number to text her. I have sent her a private message and hopefully can hear for definite.

Thankee for the heads up Kali! I've checked the calendar and apparently we're free (if Andrew's allowed to come too!) but when I told him there might be a trip to Legally Blonde, he did go a funny colour so I don't know if he'd come or not. I however would love to see that show! We (or I, depending) would come for both nights, Friday and Saturday and we aren't fussed about whether our bacon and eggs is served to us or cooked by us. Let me know if I can help in any way, although I'm on holiday until 18th June (but I still have the internet cause Andrew bought a lovely dongle!)

Where do you plan on staying? Just... so, you know, if France doesn't kill it, I know where to book ;)

I don't know for certain. And won't until it's booked. But I will let The Irish One know so she can let them know that there might be one more. And if you make it over - there's big squishy hugs. Can't promise you Tennent this year but we might try and arrange another doctor?

I am that close to booking flights without waiting for the project dates in France - I so need to see the UK again!
