New season starts tonight, and I can't think of a better time to start a new exercise regimen to coincide with the show's twenty episode/twenty week run.

I thought the latter was an interesting point. Bob must have gotten tired of losing every year Jillian trained contestants. They started mixing things up last year so he could "claim" a partial victory, even though it was still Jillian who brought the winners down to the end. There's something about the way she approaches it that lets those people succeed when they're on their own.
