A woman walked into her house to find her husband with another woman. In a fit of anger, she grabbed a hammer and bashed his head in. This was in Spring Lake Farm when I was in 7th or 8th grade.

I know! I just heard about it actually, crazy stuff. But I do remember the hammer story...it creeped me out for weeks. Now I live in Dekalb where you're lucky if you go a week without hearing gunshots somewhere.
