at mirepoix working a private event with 12 wonderful french people.
i have made many new french friends, some including henri and michel who is very very funny and well, very very french and hard to understand!
all very cute i love it.
now i wish i spoke the language tons better.

awaiting the ups delivery of my new work pants.

last night turned out to be wonderful.

i attended the chef de cuisine dinner/meeting and the food was AMAZING.

finished a photography project and took a final, overall feeling satisfied and on track again.

i love being a sous chef.
