Saw that this morning, one more nail in the coffin for true justice for the masses. If you do not know you must ask, making the assumption that once you are read your rights, you are done...just like on all the TV shows...then you won't and you're screwed.

If one exercises their Miranda rights, that "should" cease any and all questioning until counsel arrives.

Step by step, inch by inch the rights are eroded.
